The Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE) provides a mechanism for building enterprise applications in Java. This course covers the key technologies of the J2EE platform; Servlets and JavaServer Pages (JSP) for presenting information via a web-based interface; Enterprise JavaBeans for accessing legacy data in a secure and transactional manner, and Java Messaging Systems to provide open gateways to other applications.
IBM WebSphere Application Development using Rational Application Developer is designed to provide delegates with the knowledge and skills necessary to develop and deploy enterprise-level distributed applications for deployment on an IBM WebSphere application server using Rational Application Developer. This course defines a Toolbox for developing enterprise distributed applications. You will learn how to build Servlet and JSPs, and EJBs to build large-scale solutions to business problems.
