SUMMARY:   Red Hat Enterprise Linux is finding its way into business, education and government. Due to its outstanding reliability, performance and low cost, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) is being used extensively for file, database and web server applications. The Red Hat Enterprise Linux System Administration courses are designed to cover in detail the essential topics required to administer these systems.
The Red Hat Enterprise Linux System Administration part 2 course will allow delegates to manage the network services of their Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems including setting up web and proxy servers, file sharing services, DNS, electronic mail, and inetd services. The course also covers X Window system configuration, security services and a trouble shooting session.

AUDIENCE:   Administrators who are required to set-up, configure and run RHEL network services.

PREREQUISITES:   Delegates should have attended the Red Hat Enterprise Linux System Administration Part 1 course.

DURATION:   4 days.

APPROACH:   Instructor led training. The course is split into theory and practical with the delegates being encouraged to try operations as they are being presented.
