SUMMARY:   This course will cover OMEGAMON working in the z/OS environment. It will cover terminology, views, and problem determination. The students will have gained a better understanding on how to use OMEGAMON in trouble shooting system problems.

AUDIENCE:   Operation personnel, Scheduling personnel, and Help Desk Personnel.

PREREQUISITES:   The participant should have a basic understanding of MVS/z/OS Concepts, CICS and IMS.
