SUMMARY:   This course is designed to help CICS System Administration personnel to understand CICS from initialization through to shutdown, including maintenance, performance and availability.

AUDIENCE:   Personnel responsible for CICS Administration experienced application programmers, system programmers, and managers.

PREREQUISITES:   The participant should have CICS experience.
