SUMMARY:   XML is now widely accepted as a means of providing data communication and information storage in a platform independent manner. XML in the .NET environment allows applications to be coded in a language independent manner, the sharing of code between languages, self-describing classes and self documenting program code. XML.NET is tightly bound into the .NET environment. AUDIENCE:   Intermediate or Experienced programmers and others who need to be able to make use of this growing technology to solve business and other related problems. Those who already have some knowledge and experience of XML. It is not recommended for those who have no knowledge of XML.
