This 5-day course teaches student effective business process management techniques using IBM's WebSphere Business Modeler. Emphasis is placed on business process decomposition, modeling, assignment of metrics, and continuous improvement. Additionally, the course covers the use of simulation and distribution techniques, as well as other advanced features of WebSphere Business Modeler. |
