Six Sigma Green Belt




SUMMARY:   This 5 day course provides an overview of the American Society for Quality Certified Six Sigma Green Belt exam. The Six Sigma body of knowledge and the “DMAIC” phases are covered to an extent to sufficiently prepare participants to complete the American Society for Quality Certified Six Sigma Green Belt exam.

AUDIENCE:   This course is intended for people activity involved in Six Sigma projects who are interested in achieving certification at the “Green Belt” level.

PREREQUISITES:   General knowledge of Six Sigma.

DURATION:   5 days.

APPROACH:   Participative lecture and case study based group activities.

OBJECTIVES:

  • Understand and prepare the American Society for Quality certification application form
