Vera specializes in Business Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence solutions


Vera has worked in the IT industry for 25 years and gathered an extensive experience with several world-leading IT companies.


Vera holds a Masters Degree in Electronics and Computer Science and in 1975 she wrote a thesis on an Artificial Intelligence topic of Program Verification. Vera currently pursues her interests in Artificial Intelligence:



Machine Learning, Problem Solving and Knowledge Acquisition, Data Mining, Intelligent agents, Multi-agent systems and Communications


Researching AI impact on IT business and emerging technology trends, such as ad-hoc networks and wireless sensor networks.


Vera is also a Member of a committee preparing the International FLAIRS symposia organized by Florida Artificial Intelligence Research Society, providing reviews for papers submitted for presentation at the Special Track of Automatic Text classification. Vera has been nominated for the 2007 Flairs committee - conference to be held in Key West, FL in May 07.
