| History: | Ross is an experienced technical consultant and trainer having specialized in Business Process Management, document management, programming, and web development. Ross is a highly motivated, conscientious, and reliable self-starter. He has well-developed communication and inter-personal skills and a keen sense of humor, patience, empathy, flexibility and a determination to complete any venture embarked upon. Ross has been involved in work that requires extensive travel throughout Europe and parts of Asia, America and Australia, covering a range of technical areas. Consultancy work has been undertaken primarily within the area of Business Process Management. In addition he is a FileNet certified trainer, hold FileNet FCP qualification in development and administration and is certified in StreamServe Core Technologies I have a keen interest in communication theories, being particularly conversant with NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), in which I hold a diploma level qualification. The application of these theories has, I believe, resulted in my being an effective communicator in all situations. |
