He also served as Senior Education Specialist for IBM’s Lotus Education Division, and is credentialed by IBM as an Advanced Certified Lotus Professional in Application Development and System Administration for Lotus Notes versions 4 through 7. He consistently receives excellent student evaluation rankings. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Rochester (N.Y.) Institute of Technology. |
